VIRTUAL EXCHANGE services can be utilized as a total payment management package - or you can opt for the individual component services you need.

Our signature Payment Management service offers integrated multi-method Internet purchase handling .  It encompasses the complete suite of components required for one-stop transaction handling: single-interface access to a variety of Internet payment method and credit card Merchant Accounts, automated Risk Management with 24/7 review of suspicious conditions, full Real-time Reporting, and friendly Call Center Services.

On the purchase side, transactions are typically captured from your customers using VIRTUAL EXCHANGE's "Virtual Point-of-Sale Terminal" (POS).  The POS is configured with your logo and brand colours, and operates in multiple languages (currently English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Thai, Russian, and Ukranian)!  If you prefer, we also have a more utilitarian server-to-server mechanism so you can send us credit card transactions that you already capture on your site.
